Codex Imaginata translates to "the Book of the Imagination", and that is what it is intended to be. A set of simple rules, similar in ways to the original Dungeons and Dragons, which will allow you explore any worlds that take your fancy, with your friends and family beside you! All that is needed is paper, a pencil, and some dice.

Tabletop roleplaying is a very different experience to computer gaming, even over a network. When you have a group of people sitting at a table in the kitchen or living room, the atmosphere and sense of community is great, with everyone contributing a little to the enjoyment of the group as a whole. It's not just pushing buttons to make things happen in someone else's story - with tabletop roleplaying you are the story!
